1. 7-Day Milestone Satisfaction Guarantee
We provide an initial 7-day milestone review period following the delivery of project staging links, audit reports, or design drafts. If our submitted deliverable deviates from the agreed project scope or technical specifications, our team will make unlimited revisions within scope at no additional charge.
2. Refund Eligibility & Timelines
- If we are unable to resolve the technical deficiency to match the agreed scope within the 7-day review period, you are entitled to request a refund.
- Upon approval, refunds are processed immediately and credited directly to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
3. Project Cancellation Policy
