1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing services or engaging our technical agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully prior to ordering.
2. Scope of IT Services
Stage-X delivers professional IT consulting, software engineering, cloud architecture, digital marketing, and UI/UX design. Specific deliverables and turnaround times are detailed on each respective service package page.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, design assets, and intellectual property developed exclusively for the client transfer completely to the client. STAGE-X retains no proprietary lock-in on custom deliverables.
4. Confidentiality & NDA
We treat all client source code, databases, API credentials, and business data with strict enterprise confidentiality. Client access tokens and credentials are encrypted and never disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of service engagements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
